Our Project is working with the young people of Blackpool and Preston to discuss the effects of knife crime. We raise some of the issues surrounding gang and violent related crime to engage the young people in thinking about these issues. We then use their thoughts to create an advertising campaign in order to reduce it. We have worked with a selection of schools across Blackpool and Preston working with the young people aged 12-15 who were selected as ‘at risk’ of being involved in violent crime.
This magazine is a collection of the young people inspired anti knife crime campaigns. As this message is aimed at young people who better to create the messages than the young people.
